The automatic messages Rostery sends on your behalf — shift reminders before a booking, and a review request afterwards — and the AI features your organisation has switched on.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Settings, then AI & Automation.

    Turn on the reminders you want sent, and set how far ahead each goes out.

  3. 3

    Turn on the review request if you ask participants for feedback after a shift.

  4. 4

    Check what each message says before enabling it. It goes to participants and workers in your name.

  5. 5

    Save.
