Disclaimer
Last updated: 9 June 2026
Rostery is a product of Notion Tech Pty Ltd (ACN 698 318 124). This Disclaimer forms part of the Terms of Service. Read it carefully.
1. Administrative tool only — not advice
Rostery is an administrative software tool. It does not provide medical, clinical, health, nursing, legal, accounting, taxation, payroll or other professional advice, and nothing in the Service should be treated as such. All care, clinical, medication and support decisions are the sole responsibility of the relevant provider and its qualified staff.
2. You remain responsible for compliance
Providers remain solely responsible for their compliance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (Cth), the NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct, incident-management and reportable-incident obligations, restrictive-practices rules, record-keeping requirements, work health and safety, employment and award (including SCHADS) obligations, and all other applicable laws. Rosteryassists with these tasks but does not guarantee compliance and is not a substitute for the provider’s own judgement, policies and professional advice.
3. Accuracy of outputs
Calculations and outputs (including rosters, timesheets, award/pay interpretation, invoices and NDIS claims) are generated from the data and settings you provide and may contain errors. You must independently verify all outputs before relying on them, submitting claims, or making payments. Notion Tech Pty Ltd is not responsible for incorrect claims, payments, or decisions made in reliance on the Service.
4. Artificial intelligence
AI-assisted features (such as transcription, drafting, summaries, risk indicators and reportability suggestions) are provided for convenience only. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete or misleading results. AI outputs are not professional advice and must be reviewed and confirmed by a qualified person before being acted upon — particularly for medication, incidents, clinical care and billing.
5. Location & EVV
GPS and electronic visit verification features depend on device hardware, permissions and network conditions, and may be unavailable or inaccurate. They are an aid to verification and are not a guarantee of attendance, location or time.
6. Availability
The Service may be unavailable or interrupted, and data may be delayed. Maintain appropriate backups and contingency procedures.
7. Consumer law
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
