App Terms of Use (EULA)

These App Terms of Use (“App Terms”) govern your use of the Rosterymobile application and family/client portal (the “App”), provided by Notion Tech Pty Ltd(ACN 698 318 124). By installing or using the App you agree to these App Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose, in connection with an organisation (a “Provider”) that has authorised your access. You must use a current, supported version.

2. Eligibility & accounts

The App is for workers, participants and family/guardians authorised by a Provider. Keep your login secure and do not share it. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Device permissions

With your permission, the App may use your device’s location (for GPS clock-in/out and visit verification), camera and photo library (to attach images), and microphone (to record voice notes). You can control these permissions in your device settings; some features will not work if permissions are declined.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the App lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence (e.g. transcription, drafting, summaries). AI outputs are assistive only, may be inaccurate, and must be checked by a qualified person before being relied upon — especially for medication, incidents, care and billing. See our Disclaimer.

6. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information you enter about participants or others is processed on behalf of the relevant Provider.

7. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account in the App (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing info@rostery.com.au. We will deactivate your account and delete or de-identify personal information, except records we must retain for legal or NDIS compliance.

8. Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by Notion Tech Pty Ltd. These App Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or branding.

9. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”. Nothing excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.

10. App stores

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store’s terms. The store provider is not responsible for the App or for support.

11. Termination

We or your Provider may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

12. Governing law

These App Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
