Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Rostery platform provided by Notion Tech Pty Ltd (ACN 698 318 124).
You must not
- use the Service unlawfully, or in breach of NDIS requirements or any other law applicable to you;
- upload data you do not have the right or consent to upload, or access records you are not authorised to access;
- attempt to access another organisation’s data, defeat tenant isolation, or gain unauthorised access to any account or system;
- probe, scan, penetration-test, disrupt or overload the Service, or circumvent security, rate limits or usage controls;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense or create derivative works of the Service, except as permitted by law;
- upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful;
- use the Service to send unlawful communications (including in breach of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth));
- use automated means to extract data from the Service except via features or APIs we provide; or
- misuse AI features, including to generate content that is unlawful or that you present as professional advice without qualified review.
Your accounts
Keep credentials secure, do not share logins, and ensure your authorised users comply with this AUP. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access (with or without notice where necessary to protect the Service, other customers, or to comply with law). Serious breaches may be reported to authorities.
