Scheduling

Group Services

/groups3 steps

Shifts where one worker supports several participants at once, or several workers support one — the ratio decides how the cost is split.

Step by step

  1. 1

Create a group shift and add every participant attending.

  2. 2

Set the staff-to-participant ratio. Each participant is charged their share of the shift, which is what the NDIS expects for group supports.

  3. 3

Add or remove an attendee on the day — the apportioning recalculates rather than needing the shift rebuilt.
