Scheduling

Find your way around the board

Scheduler6 steps

The scheduler is one grid: rows are people or places, columns are days, and each card is a shift. Everything else on the screen either changes what the grid shows or acts on what you have selected. Learn the top bar once and the rest follows.

Step by step

  1. 1

Click Scheduler in the left menu.

  2. 2

Choose what the rows are. Staff puts one worker per row, Client puts one participant per row, Facilities groups by site and Group shows group services. Most rostering is done on Staff; most participant questions are easier on Client.
