Shift → Clock In4 steps

The record that the visit happened, with the time and the place it started and finished.

Step by step

    Open the shift and tap Clock In. The app records the time and the GPS position.

  2. 2

    If they are away from the participant’s address the app warns them and asks for a reason — it does not stop them. Someone legitimately meeting a participant elsewhere must still be able to start their shift.

  3. 3

    Tap Clock Out at the end. The elapsed time becomes the hours on the timesheet.

  4. 4

    The distance, and any reason given, appear on your EVV screen and the Radius report for review.
