The mobile app
What support workers do on their phone. Workers cannot sign in to this web app at all — they are sent to the mobile app — so this section is written for the office to read back to them when they ring for help.

Signing in
Workers use the same email and password as the web app. A signed-in phone stays signed in for ninety days, so they are not asked again every shift.
Home
The worker’s next shift and anything needing them today.
My Schedule
Their own roster. An administrator sees the whole roster under Roster; a support worker sees only their own shifts.
Clocking in and out
The record that the visit happened, with the time and the place it started and finished.
Progress notes
What happened on the shift. It is the clinical record, and often the evidence behind the billing.
Tasks on a shift
The care tasks the participant’s plan requires on this particular shift.
Medications
Recording what was given, refused or missed.
Trips and kilometres
Transporting a participant, measured properly, so the reimbursement and the charge are both defensible.
Incidents
Reporting something that went wrong, from the phone, while it is still fresh.
Timesheets
What the worker has submitted, and where each one is up to.
Expenses
Out-of-pocket costs claimed back, with the receipt attached.
Availability
When the worker can and cannot work, so the roster stops offering them the wrong shifts.
Leave
Requesting time off from the phone.
Job Board
Unfilled shifts the worker is eligible for and can claim.
Documents and training
Their own certificates and training records, and what is about to expire.
Messages
Messages from the office, on the phone.
