Medications
Medications is the medication administration record for every client: what each person is prescribed, and every dose given, refused or held. Staff record each dose here, and the counters show refusals and missed doses across the last seven days.
Forms
Forms holds your organisation's form templates, such as assessments, checklists and consents, and each client's completed copies. Office staff fill forms in against a client, save drafts, track review dates and download finished forms as PDFs.
Tasks
Tasks tracks work that is not a shift, such as follow-ups, reviews and paperwork. Office staff and administrators create tasks, link them to a client and a staff member with a due date, and work through them in the order they fall due.
Incidents
Incident reports, from a near miss to a reportable event, with the assessment, investigation and actions attached. This is the record a regulator asks for.
About Care & Quality
Care & Quality holds the records that show care was delivered safely: every medication dose given, refused or held; the forms, assessments and consents for each client; the tasks that are not shifts; and each incident from first report to closure.
These are the records an NDIS Practice Standards audit or an aged care quality review asks to see, so each entry is kept against the client and the staff member, with the date and the person who made it.
