    Nothing decides. Every AI feature drafts, suggests, ranks or summarises — a person clicks the button that makes it real.

    Nothing is sent about a participant who has not agreed to AI processing. Check the consent field on their profile.

    Nothing goes to an AI service from the money side. Timesheets, payroll, invoices and claims are not sent anywhere.

    The services are overseas. What goes to them is covered by your privacy policy, and you remain responsible for it.

  5. 5

    It can be confidently wrong. Read what it gives you, especially a date, a dose, or a reportability call.
