Incident patterns
A banner at the top of Incidents that groups the last 30 days to show a recurring problem no single report reveals: the same kind of incident, the same participant or the same place, again and again.
Step by step

Open Incidents. When the last 30 days show a repeat, a Patterns in the last 30 days banner appears at the top.

Look for repetition: same participant, same place, same kind of event.

A pattern is the thing an auditor asks whether you noticed.

A type appears once there are three or more of it, a participant once three or more incidents involve them, and a location once two or more happened there. Archived incidents are left out.

Click Analyse root causes for an AI draft of what may be behind the pattern, then check it against the incidents themselves.

For the longer view, open the Insights tab. Overview, Cumulative, By staff and By client show trends, time to close, and who has the most incidents.
