Watching for deterioration
An AI scan across your active participants for signs things are getting worse: more incidents than the month before, cancelled shifts, missed medication doses, medication changes and incidents still open. It tells you who to look at. It does not diagnose anyone.
Step by step

Go to Clients and, on the Active tab, click AI scan.

The check compares each participant’s last 30 days with the 30 before, across incidents, shifts and medication, for a pattern no single entry would show.

Read what it flags and decide. It is a prompt to look, not a diagnosis.

Each flagged participant shows Urgent or Watch, the signals behind it, a one-line summary and a Suggested action.
- 5
Before acting, open that participant’s incidents, shifts and medication records and confirm the trend is real.

No deterioration signals found means nothing stood out in those counts. It does not mean everyone is well, and the scan does not read progress notes.
