Care plan and goals
A first draft of a care plan, written by AI from what is already on the participant’s record. You review it before anything is saved, and nothing reaches the record until you import it. The participant’s NDIS goal register is kept separately, on the Goals tab.
Step by step

Open the participant’s care plan.

Click Draft with AI to produce a draft from their profile, age, disability, support needs and any goals already recorded.

Treat it as a starting point. Expect to edit every section, because a care plan is agreed with the participant, not generated for them.

Import it, then edit it until it says what you and they actually agreed.

The draft shows a plan name, a short overview, a review date about a year away and usually three to five goals, each with a category, a description and a target date.

If it misses the mark, click Draft again for a fresh version, or Discard to close it without saving anything.

Import plan creates an active plan starting today, with every goal in progress and no progress recorded yet. Open the plan afterwards to edit the goals and their dates.
